North Adams Fall 21 Kindergarten Registration is Now Open

North Adams Public Schools has announced that Kindergarten Registration for the fall of 2021 is now open. Children must be 5-years old by August 31, 2021 to qualify.

In order to register your child, you must provide the following:

Child’s Birth Certificate…

Child’s Current Physical Exam/Immunization Records, signed by their Physician (must be within the last 13 months)

Any additional medical records you think we may need (Asthma, Food Allergies, etc.)

Proof of Residency (MUST have these 3 items)

1. Valid Driver’s License or Photo ID (Passports are also acceptable)
2. Copy of utility bill (Electric, Heat, Cable, Water etc.) within the last 60 days
3. ONE of the following: Recent mortgage bill, copy of lease/rental agreement, or letter from Housing Office
