Pittsfield Drug Bust Leads To Three Arrests On Several Charges
The fight against drugs and criminal activity marches on in Pittsfield as evidenced by a bust by the Police Department Drug Unit last Friday, June 10, on Linden Street that led to three arrests on various charges.
According to the Pittsfield Police Department via their Facebook page, after a knock and search warrant was executed at 58 Linden Street this past Friday, three people ended up being arrested due to what was recovered in the search of that residence.
The PPD report that Lameek Thomas, 33, Tia Dewey, 41, and Sharon Ledoux, 57, all Pittsfield residents, were arrested after police seized differing quantities of heroin and cocaine plus cash and drug paraphernalia during their search.
The three were arrested and charged with the following:
- Lameek Thomas: Possession of Class A(Heroin) with Intent to Distribute, Subsequent Offense and Possession of Class B(Cocaine) with Intent to Distribute, Subsequent Offense
- Tia Dewey: Possession of Class A(Heroin) with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Class B(Cocaine) with Intent to Distribute
- Sharon Ledoux: Possession of Class A(Heroin) with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Class B(Cocaine) with Intent to Distribute
Assisting in the investigation were members of the Pittsfield Police Department's Anti-Crime Unit, Berkshire County Drug Task Force, Berkshire County Special Response Team, and United States Postal Inspection Service.
