It's bazaar season in the Berkshires and there are a couple of fun events to tell you about this weekend.

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish in North Adams will hold its annual Bazaar in the parish hall. It features a Chinese Auction, kids Fish Bowl, a Big Money raffle with a $1,000 top prize, baked goods, handmade items, white elephant & a lot more. Plenty of good food from the kitchen too! It stretches over two days, today & tomorrow (Saturday) from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. both days.

A bazaar by any other name is just as much fun, and First Baptist Church on Main St. in North Adams will hold its Fall Harvest Fair this Saturday from 9-3. You'll find craft items, attic treasures, handmade items, baked goods & candies, a Chinese Auction, kids fishbowl & more. You can even have lunch with Santa! A Soup & Sandwich lunch will be served from 11-1. As a special added attraction, flu shots for adults will be available at the Harvest Fair from 9:30 to 11:30. If you want to take advantage of that important service, remember to bring your insurance card. Wearing a short-sleeved shirt would also be helpful in getting the shot to hit the right spot.
