Tonight, we hit the halfway mark of the tenth season of "Party in the Park", a free weekly summertime concert series presented by WNAW and WUPE-FM. We've lined up some of the Berkshires' best bands to entertain you from 6-8 P.M every Thursday through August 22 at Noel Field in North Adams. Tonight it's "Legal Tender".

Last week we had our biggest turnout and best weather of the season so far. Also, nearly two dozen classic and custom cars were on display. Thanks to everyone for turning out, and with more good weather forecast for tonight we're hoping for even bigger numbers.

Once again we'll have some great festival food for sale from Marki's French fries and fried dough, and ice cream and hot dogs from K's Creamery. Play a quick round of cornhole during intermission & you could score a free T-shirt! And don't be shy about taking advantage of our feel free to take advantage of our big, green "dance floor". Just 2 reminders: Party in the Park is a family event so alcoholic beverages are not permitted, and City regulations prohibit smoking at Noel Field. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

So come out, bring your blanket or lawn chair & be ready to have a good time with us and "Legal Tender" from 6-8 tonight. The full season's band lineup can be found here. Our thanks to Bedard Brothers Auto Sales and Greylock Federal Credit Union for helping us bring on the fun every Thursday.
