Man Pleas Not Guilty to Child Porn Charges

The Berkshire Eagle  reports  Vincent J. DiGennaro Jr., 53, of North Adams, appeared before Judge Karen L. Goodwin in Berkshire Superior Court and entered not guilty pleas to three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of material of a child in a sex act.

DiGennaro was released on his own recognizance.

A pretrial conference in the case was set for Jan. 7, with a trial anticipated some time in May.
