Thanksgiving is four weeks away, but all good holiday dinners need planning, so we wanted to let you know about a special observance coming up.

All Saints Berkshires Episcopal Church in North Adams will hold their annual Thanksgiving Dinner for Seniors, on Thursday, November 22. This dinner is for seniors, 60 years of age and older, who are alone on Thanksgiving and have no way of having a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Meals will be delivered to your home on Thanksgiving Day by volunteers between the 11 AM & Noon. All meals are FREE to seniors in North Adams, Adams, Williamstown, Clarksburg, Florida and Cheshire.

If you wish to receive a meal, you must make a reservation before Nov. 18 by calling All Saints Berkshires Episcopal Church at 664-9656, Monday through Thursday between 9 A.M. and 1 P.M. If there's no answer, leave a message on the answering machine with your name, address, town and phone number. Someone will call you back to confirm your reservation.

The church is also looking for volunteers to deliver the meals on Thanksgiving. If you can help out, please call them at 664-9656.
