Bridge Repairs May Slow Travel This Week On Pike

The Berkshire Eagle reports you can expect to see construction crews fixing bridges on both sides of the Mass Pike this coming week. Delays and reduced speeds could result.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation says construction and maintenance work will be conducted Monday through Friday at sections of the highway in Otis, Becket and Lee, as well as in the Hampden County towns of Blandford and Russell.

Work is planned for travel both east- and westbound from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
