A Popular Gas Station Chain That Massachusetts Needs Right Away
Anytime I go out of town, especially if it's out of state I always try to find something new that we don't have in Massachusetts. This place I have to say tops the list.
Similar to how we have a whole bunch of Cumberland Farms around the state of Massachusetts, other states like New Jersey have a gas station and convenience store that we don't have. Fun fact, New York also has a chain that Massachusetts doesn't have which happens to be Stewarts Shops. But that's a topic for another day.

Let's talk about a store called Wawa which we don't have in Massachusetts. But it would be nice if we did, right?
What Is Wawa?
According to Wikipedia, Wawa is an American chain of convenience stores and gas stations that originated in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and are located along the East Coast of the United States. With operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, West Virginia and Georgia.
Many say their deli sandwiches are to die for and out of all times I've been to Jersey, I have yet to try them! But yes, Wawa offers extensive sandwich options that are available freshly made 24 hours a day and if you're willing to wait for them to be prepped.
What Does Wawa Mean?
According to ABC8News in Florida, the name “Wawa” is said to come from the indigenous word we’we, which the Ojibwe People’s Dictionary defines as “snow goose” hence why the goose is seen in Wawa’s logo.
