There's zero tolerance, and then there's this.

Patricia Hill shot and killed her 65-year-old husband, Frank, Saturday after she learned that he'd purchased pay-per-view porn, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

After Hill's arrest, she told investigators that the smutty purchase was the reason for the murder.

"Mrs. Hill told investigators that there had never been any physical altercations between her and her husband," Lafayette Woods, Jr. of the Jefferson County police said.

"However, Mrs. Hill stated that she disagreed with her husband’s purchase of video pornography via the television guide, which she canceled upon discovering the purchase but Mr. Hill managed to place a subsequent order.

When she discovered the porn purchase, she confronted her husband in the shed and asked him to leave the house, but he refused.

"She went back to the shed a short time later, where she entered and shot her husband twice, striking him once in the leg and once in the head,"

Woods said. "Immediately following the shooting, Mrs. Hill stated that she returned inside the residence, where she returned the weapon and called 911 to report the shooting.”

Hill has been charged with felony probable cause for capital murder.
