Why Can’t You Keep Up with Your Kids
You can't keep up with your kids when they're running around and playing. And I'm here today to tell you . . . that's okay. You couldn't keep up with LeBron James either.
According to Eurekalert , a new study says kids are naturally just about as fit as professional athletes.
The researchers studied boys between eight and 12 years old, and found that their muscles basically don't ever get tired like yours do.
The kids also recovered, quote, "even faster than well-trained adult endurance athletes."
So what does that mean? It means it's not your fault that you can't keep up with your kids, because no adult really would be able to.
Oh, and, you know, you should also encourage your kids to play outside and really enjoy the fact that they have these incredible abilities.
