If you just 'Netflix and chill,' and wanna call it a "date," then dating is pretty cheap.  But how much does a more traditional date cost in 2019?  A new study looked at 50 cities.  And the answer is somewhere between $88 and $156.

The Black Tux  web site researchers looked at how much it costs for two people to go out for dinner . . . see a movie . . . and have one drink each at the end of the night.  And since you're drinking, they also factored in the price of an Uber or Lyft.

Out of the 50 cities they looked at, the most expensive place to date is New York.  And Oklahoma City is the cheapest.

The five most expensive cities are New York, $156 per date . . . San Francisco, $145 . . . San Jose, $142 . . . Seattle, $137 . . . and Miami, $127.

The five cheapest are Oklahoma City, $88 . . . Milwaukee, $95 . . . Richmond, Virginia, $98 . . . Cincinnati, $99 . . . and Charlotte, also $99.

The study didn't look at the nationwide average.  But the median cost out of all 50 cities was $110.  That includes about $23 for Uber rides . . . $43 for dinner . . . $9 in tips . . . $24 for two movie tickets . . . and $11 for drinks.
