There are more than just two places to go for the holidays to be sure, but it is nice that Conde Nast traveler recognized these two beautiful places in Massachusetts and Vermont.

For years, there have been Christmas themed movies depicting some insane plots where somehow throughout the storyline, 'Christmas can't be celebrated' or 'Christmas has to be saved'. In every film, although it may be entertaining to watch during the holidays, it seems like in the most absurd fictional situation that it could never be possible.
