A 41-unit affordable housing complex on the property of the former Photec Mill in Williamstown is expected to see construction begin early next year.

The reports that the 330 Cole Avenue property has been the focus of the project since 2014.

Elton Ogden, president of the Berkshire Housing Development Corp., told the Williamstown Select Board last week that the financing needed for the $16.7 million project finally had been secured and that design efforts are ongoing. Read more at Berkshire Eagle.com.
