Elder Services offers resources and services for Berkshire seniors, including Meals on Wheels and senior group lunches, information and referral, case management, homemaker, personal care, caregiver services and more. NORTH ADAMS

The Spitzer Center at 116 Ashland St. offers lunch five days a week. Suggested donation is $2. Call 413-664-9826 for reservations two days in advance. The Council on Aging office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Council on Aging office, at 3 Hoosac St., is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and van service is available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday; call 413-743-8333 at least two days in advance for medical appointments, in-town shopping, banking and rides to the Visitor's Center for lunch and/or programs. SHINE health insurance assistance is available by appointment. Lunch is open to all.
