Tuesday: 9:15 a.m. — Big Y; 9:30 a.m. — Foot nurse clinic; 10 a.m. — Income tax, by appt.; 10:30 a.m. — Chair aerobics; 11:30 a.m. — Hot lunch; 12:10 p.m. — Bingo; 1 p.m. — Painting class.

Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. — Tai chi at The Armory; 9:45 a.m. — Stop & Shop; 10 a.m. — E3 Academy students; 11:30 a.m. — Hot lunch; Noon — Health New England.

Thursday: 11:30 a.m. — Hot lunch; 12:10 p.m. — Bingo; 1 p.m. — Chair yoga.

Friday: 10 a.m. — Food Bank truck; 10:15 a.m. — Walmart; 11:30 a.m. — Hot lunch.
