Police Investigate Berkshire Mall Shooting Incident

The Lanesborough Police Department seeks information about an alleged shooting that happened Sunday afternoon in the Berkshire Mall parking lot.

The Berkshire Eagle  reports a man from out of the area went to Berkshire Medical Center around 3:30 p.m. Sunday and reported that he'd been shot, according to Lanesborough Police Chief Timothy Sorrell. The man's injuries were not life-threatening, Sorrell said.

He said he wasn't able to offer more details.
