If You Want to Remember Something, Just Stop Talking
I realize it's a little hypocritical for ME to tell you to stop talking . . . I'm pretty sure I haven't gone more than 15 seconds without talking since 1965 . . . but yeah. Be quiet.
According to a new study out of Scotland, if you want to REMEMBER things . . . just stop talking.
The researchers found that if you just take in experiences silently and go 10 minutes without saying anything, you'll remember them more vividly and more thoroughly than if you talk through them. Now you know.
