The Western Mass. High School football championships are on the line Friday night, and one of those games will be an all-Berkshire Battle.

In Division VIII, the defending champion and last year's state runner-up Hoosac Halley Hurricanes will take on Lee at 6:30. Even though the Wildcats are the division's top-seed this year they'll have to come into North County to face the 3rd seeded 'Canes, as the game will be played on Farley-Lamb Field at Williams College.

If you can't make it to the game, we'll have it on the air on AM1230 WNAW and streaming live online at wnaw.com, with Jack Passetto calling the action from Williamstown starting at 6:20.

Another Berkshire County team will try to bring home a title Friday, as defending Western Mass Div. VII champion and this season's top-seed Wahconah takes on #2 South Hadley. That game will be Friday at 7:00 at Westfield State.

Winners move on to next weekend's state semifinals.
