Four High School Games Tip Off This Week on WNAW
We'll have something for sports fans nearly every night this week on Your Hometown Station.
The action starts tonight at 6:50 with the first of four high school basketball broadcasts, as the Drury Lady Blue Devils will host Lee. Then on Tuesday at 6:50, the Mt.Greylock Mounties visit the Lee boys.
We'll take a time out on Wednesday before heading to South County Thursday night for the game between the Hoosac Valley Lady Hurricanes and Monument Mountain. That game will start an hour earlier than usual, with a 5:50 airtime. On Friday night, the Spartan boys come north to play at Mt. Greylock, with the broadcast starting at approximately 6:50.
While regulations prohibit us from streaming NHL, NBA, NFL or MLB games, you can catch our local high school broadcasts live online at wnaw.com, so tell the alumni and friends outside North Berkshire.
Speaking of the pros, we'll wrap up your big sports week on Saturday, Feb.1 as the Boston Bruins visit the Minnesota Wild at 7:30.
And don't forget: we're just about two months from Opening Day for the Red Sox. March 26 in Toronto, the Sox will return to our lineup on Your Hometown Station for sports year-round.
