With the ongoing heatwave we have settled into over the past few days, debate has been sparked around Berkshire County on what folks prefer -- the hot, humid weather? Or, the cold wintery conditions we have come to expect between November and February (most of the time)?

A heat advisory will remain in effect until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, but the 90 degree days will not end there. According to weather.com, temperatures are expected to remain in the upper 80's to low 90's through Thursday. Come Friday, things will begin to shift. Rain and thunderstorms throughout the day, along with cooler temperatures, will have Mother Nature sending us back into the mid 70's. The rain will be out for the rest of the weekend as the sunshine returns, but we will stick in the mid to upper 70's through Sunday. Excellent news!

Now that we have had that summer taste of hot and sweaty weather, do you prefer it over the cold, windy winter conditions?
