The Board of Health in Adams is planning to cap the number of tobacco-selling establishments in town.

Officials say the details of the plan will be hashed out in the months ahead.

The board was in consensus last week that it wanted to limit the number of stores that can sell tobacco but were not quite sure on the specifics. With the proposed cigar lounge, board member David Rhoads says the town will have 11 establishments. He first suggested allowing the addition of one or two more but other board members were hesitant to pin down a specific number. Find out more at iBerkshires.com
