A man who allegedly hosted a party with underage teens earlier this month is facing charges after two youths were sent to the hospital for drug and alcohol intoxication.

Zachary S. Hoffman, 25, was found in a Park Street apartment where more than a dozen teens were found to have been drinking and smoking marijuana, according to police Chief Richard Tarsa.

Adams police officers learned of the party after they observed a 16-year-old staggering down the middle of School Street, right in front of the Adams Police Station, exhibiting signs of extreme alcohol intoxication and the consumption of marijuana and highly concentrated THC "dabs." A short time later, the parents of another teen called for an ambulance after their child was found displaying the same symptoms. Both teens were taken to the hospital.
