Adams Free Library To Host Jungle Gym “The Tortoise And The Hare

Adams Free Library will be hosting “Jungle Jim” Manning this summer on Zoom. To fit with the 2021 Massachusetts Library Summer Reading theme, Jungle Jim has created a unique performance called “The Tortoise and the Hare.”
Participants will also learn how to make their own balloon animal to keep. Balloons are provided. Registration is required, (413)743-8345.
Utilizing comedy, magic, storytelling and balloon art, Jim brings familiar characters to life, and helps children develop positive attitudes about the value of their own stories. This program is best for ages 4-11. Children under the age of four may participate with parental help. Because Jim will is not able to appear in person, this event will take place on Zoom, outdoors, at the Adams Council on Aging, 3 Hoosac Street on a big screen.
