After years of declining Zs, it seems Americans are apparently getting their priorities straight between the sheets.

The study, which ran from 2003 to 2016, showed that modern conveniences like online banking and shopping cut some of the errand-running that had cut into the participants' days in years past, which of course freed up more time for sleeping.

Another thing…. it seems that those surveyed are getting the message that they need to put away their electronics before bed; the light from the devices -- not to mention the stress of the content of email and other messages which  -- can negatively affect sack time.

Even reading or watching TV before hitting the “sack “ is getting the boot.   ge
