Complete Streets Approved For Adams

The state approved the town of Adams Complete Streets application and work on Crotteau Street is slated to begin in 2019.

IBerkshires.com reports that Interim Town Administrator Donna Cesan told the Selectmen on Wednesday that the state Department of Transportation has approved the town's Tier 3 application for $290,281.

According to Cesan, the town did not receive the full amount of $400,000 as requested but MassDOT noted that this past round has been especially competitive.
