A Cheshire man was held without bail Monday after facing a fifth operating under the influence charge.

The Berkshire Eagle reports that according to Cheshire Police they stopped 59 year old Wayne Field as he turned into a liquor store with a blood-alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.

At about 7:30pm May 17th, an anonymous person entered the Cheshire Police station and reported that a gray SUV with two intoxicated, arguing occupants had pulled into the person's driveway multiple times and left.
